Working for Myself

Gosh, I love working for myself. It’s been such a nice change running my own business and I left the factory… That place was really sucking the life out of me. I like to get up in the morning and be excited about my job and that was something I hadn’t felt in a really long time. My husband was the one who encouraged me to finally leave my position and start selling my crafts online and I haven’t looked back since! I know it seems silly but things like small business xo and small business tax codes and human resources implications all really scared me. I’m not that well versed in all the different sides of the business and I was afraid I would really be in over my head. But this little company of mine is really taking on seeing and I’m learning as I go which is I guess what most business owners do. I think I’m going to be just fine and I’m way happier living my life in this way.
