Teaching my grandkids boating safety
Guest post written by Florence Masterson
I love it during the summer when our grandkids come and visit us for a month at a time. They live in another state so seeing them is mainly a holidays-only thing. I like to think that they enjoy coming and visiting us too at our lake house. We’re also pretty fun grandparents so we have that going for us too.
But this year we have a new, bigger boat and are going to be taking it out all the time. I thought that this would be the perfect time to go over boating safety with them again. It doesn’t hurt to be too careful. When I was looking online to find some way to make it fun for them. Whiel I was doing that I saw the site ClearWirelessInternet.com and after I read through it some I decided to sign up for on eof the internet packages on there for our lake house.
Our little boat safety lesson was quite a success and I told the kids that if they did anything that was against the rules I set out that they wouldn’t be allowed in teh water for a day. It worked like a charm!
