Satisfied
My friend who is working in a call center said that she is satisfied with the fulfillment services that her company is offering to all of their clients. She shared this to me since we both have the passion of working in a call center because we’re officemates back in the late 90’s and early year 2000 in a call center office. Anyway, I am so glad that my friend is contented with what she is having presently. Though, she is longing to transfer to the IT or Engineering department since she is an engineer by profession. But if she will not be transferred, she said, that it will be okay for her to serve at the call center talking to all customers with their problems and inquiries.
