Expensive cassava
I can’t imagine that cassava (yucca, tapioca, manioc or scientific name Manihot Esculenta) is so expensive here in CO Springs. Imagine its 3.50 bucks per lbs! And at home (in PH), this is just for free since my family is planting lots of cassava. Also, it’s free for other people who will ask for this. At home in PH, there are lots of free things that my family will share to all and one of these things is cassava and other vegetables. Good Samaritan ever! Anyway, I didn’t buy any cassava for when I will buy and cook, it will end up that I’m the only one who will eat since husband doesn’t like this.
