D Cook out last July 4

I guess hubby craved for BBQ that’s why he did a cook out last July 4. And that’s the BBQ stand after he’s finished cooking. But before that we went to the store to buy coal and some flavored thing to make the BBQ smells good as well as taste good. I just forgot what that is, seems its maple something. But I’m not sure. Gee!
