Just a quick unexplainable pain

I can’t explain the pain that I’m feeling. Hmmm this is not good. Hoping I don’t have a heart disease. It’s just a quick unexplainable pain though and it’s gone right after several minutes. Sigh! I don’t want to be a burden to anybody. Oh well, if this is my life, then this is it! Can’t do anything with it! Sigh!
